Case Study: Radio Promotion, Eric Clapton Autographed Guitar Earth Day Event

Case Study: Philips Rush! Sweepstakes

Objective: Philips charged Premium Sites with branding key features of the Philips "Rush" MP3 player to music enthusiasts throughout Premium Sites's music related web-sites.

Deployment: Designed and managed a comprehensive online promotional brandingcampaign utilizing banner advertising, flash movies and a comprehensive sweepstakesoffer.

Result: Philips was extremely pleased with the amount of online brandexposure and we surpassed their expectations of online sales generated from thiscampaign.

Steve Miller / Save The Earth

Capitol Records wanted to promote the release and sale of the Steve Miller Band Box Set CD. Premium Sites arranged a joint promotion with Capitol Records and the Save The Earth Foundation.

Premium Sites created and executed a cause-related advertising, promotional,and public relations campaign which included:

Placing point-of-purchase contest counter card displays at 65 Wherehouse locations,Securing promotional radio spots, Writing and placing public service announcements,Securing contest prizes, Writing and pitching news releases and Designing andexecuting a direct mail campaign. Premium Sites produced a post-concert backstageartist reception for participating Save The Earth's donors and Capitol's clientsto meet Steve Miller.

Capitol Records used market development/co-op funds to pay for advertising andpromotion, which told the consumer to go to the Wherehouse, enter a sweepstakesand buy the Steve Miller Band Box Set CD.

Results: Capitol Records received major market cross media promotional exposurefor their CD launch that drove foot traffic into the Wherehouse retail locations.There was a colorful counter card on display at the retail point of sale, whichpromoted the Box Set CD. The extra exposure helped to increase awareness andsales, and product launch was a success. The Save the Earth Foundation raisedfunds to further their environmental programs by selling preferred seating ticketsto Steve Miller's San Francisco Bay Area concert.

Simon & Schuster / M&M's

Here is an example of Premium Sites's end-to-end design, management and execution of an advertising campaign and promotions. In an effort to drive traffic to our Premium Kids Network sites, as well as introducing the new Simon & Schuster game, Premium Sites developed an exciting promotional giveaway. The prizes were six "M&M's The Lost Formulas" CDROM math games.
